Joint Meeting between BAFF Team and BIBM Management
The Bangladeshi AAOIFI Fellows Forum (BAFF) is excited to announce the upcoming ‘BAFF Islamic Finance Conference 2024,’ scheduled for February 24, 2024. To ensure the success of this significant event, a delegation of BAFF representatives, including Dr. Md. Mahabbat Hossain CIPA, CSAA (President, BAFF and Associate Professor, BIBM), Dr. Muhammad Amir Hossain, CSAA (Advisor, BAFF and Director, Bangladesh Bank), Md. Mazbah Uddin, CSAA, CIPA (Member, BAFF and Director, Bangladesh Bank), A.K.M. Mizanur Rahman CSAA, CIPA (Convenor, BAFF Conference 2024 and Head of Islamic Banking, EBL), Md. Atiqur Rahman Khan Khadem, CSAA (Member, BAFF Academic Council and Head of Research, IBTRA), Tahmina Rahman, CSAA (Member, BAFF and Assistant Professor, BIBM), Md. Asaduzzaman Arif, CSAA (Member, BAFF and Lecturer, BIBM), met with the BIBM team, including Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman (Director General, BIBM), Mohammad Abul Hashem (Director Admin & Accounts, BIBM and Director, Bangladesh Bank), Md. Alamgir CIPA, CSAA (Director Training, BIBM), Md. Foysal Hasan (Assistant Professor, BIBM), Khalid Hossain Mia (Hostel Superintendent, BIBM), Md. Hamidur Rahman (Assistant Admin. Officer, BIBM), Tarannum Pruween (Assistant Admin. Officer, BIBM), Md. Nasir Uddin, CSSA (ITW, BIBM), on January 9, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting took place at the BIBM conference room.
We are delighted to share that the BIBM authorities have graciously accepted BAFF’s proposal to utilize their infrastructure for the ‘BAFF Islamic Finance Conference 2024.’ Consequently, the BIBM AUDITORIUM will serve as the venue for the conference, In-Sha-Allah.
